My name is Nandakumar. I have taken a broadband connection(Sub
Code : TV77653) 11th sept 2012 . Mr Manoj offered me to provide a
wireless modem (CISCO). At the time of connection he failed to give us the
same. His reply was modem out of stock. While accepting the advance he never
told us that the Wireless modem is out of stock . This is chearing NO 1
This is OK . It can happen. Modem can be out of stock. I can
understand.
Today(12th sept 2012) I called him around 3 PM ,
to know the status of Wireless Modem. He offered us he will give the Wireless modem today. He wanted us to come early
(6.30PM) so that he can attend some other engagement. As per his words , we
again called him at 6.15PM to know the status, that time also he told he will
give Wireless modem today(12nd Sept 2012). So we started early from office and
reached at home at 6.25PM. He has not come. We called him again. Then he told ,
he is travelling and on the way to our home. Almost 7.30 PM as he has not come,
we called him again . The Mr Manoj told us that Wireless modem is out of stock.
Remember that Mr Manoj has never called us to inform this.
Wireless modem may be out of stock. That can happen . But
the cheating here happened is , he never informed us the same. Our time is also
precious. Mr Manoj should understand this.This is cheating..
